This apartment was made for Hen parties as it can sleep 20 girls in comfort all in separate single beds. The apartment contains 5 rooms, 3 of these very large- all with large windows facing either the street or to the back.

The apartment is over two floors, three of the rooms are on the first floor and the other two on the second.

 

The apartment boasts a total of 4 bathrooms and a separate WC which means no waiting.

 

The apartment has large modern kitchen with stove, hob, and large refrigerator/freezer.

It also has an abundance of glasses, plates and cutlery for the group.

 

The sitting room is very spacious with plenty of seating and two large tables with chairs- a great place to gather and celebrate.

 

Towels and linen are provided so there is no need to bring them.

 

As it’s only in the West End the apartment is a 5 minute walk to Princes Street, where you will find plenty of Edinburgh's best shops.

 

The apartment is also only a 10 minute walk to the old town and Edinburgh's top bars and nightclubs like The Cav & Club Tropicana. 

 

If your group doesn't fancy walking, then a black cab will take you there around £5.

 

Located just a few doors away from the apartment is Jasper coffee and juice bar which has a great range options for breakfast and lunch, a great place to get a full Scottish breakfast after a night on the town or at the bottom of the street we have The Mercat Bar who provide a great cooked breakfast for large groups.

 

The apartment is just off Morrison Street which is a busy street, with plenty of cafes and bars.

 A great place to begin your night is Hydeout at the top of the street by the canal where we can also provide a private cocktail class. 

 

Only 5 minutes walk away is Fountainbridge Leisure centre which offers a cinema, bowling alley, casino and a number of bar/restaurants.
